Overview

PR322 series High Temperature Thermocouple Calibration Furnace works in the temperature range of 800℃～1600℃, and is mainly used as the temperature source for calibrating second-class B-type standard thermocouples and various B-type working thermocouples.

PR322 series High Temperature Thermocouple Calibration Furnace is used together with PR354 series high temperature furnace control cabinet,The control cabinet has high-precision temperature measurement, special intelligent constant temperature algorithm, multiple protection functions(power-on slow start, heating power and heating current upper limit,the main heating circuit self-locking and tripping,freewheeling protection, etc.),The control cabinet has good power supply voltage adaptability, and there is no need to configure a high-power AC stabilized power supply for the high-temperature furnace,It can be matched with ZRJ series verification software to realize remote start/stop, real-time recording, parameter query setting and other function

The PR322 series is equipped with a special power control cabinet:

1.Adopts patented multiple over-current protection, and is provided with power-on soft start, heating current limitation, freewheeling protection, automatic stop and other functions.

2.No manual voltage gear shift or meter adjustment is required for power-on and heating process.

3.Equipped with RS485 and RS232 dual-communication connections.

4.Configured with ZRJ series calibration system software, the functions of start/stop, real-time recording, parameter query setting, etc. can be achieved.

5.While protecting the safety of the equipment, the manual operation is greatly simplified.
